Board of Suncare Traders approves sub-division of shares and bonus issue

At meeting held on 27 January 2020

The Board of Suncare Traders at its meeting held on 27 January 2020 has approved the sub-division of face value of equity shares of Rs 10 into Rs 2 per equity share. The Board also approved bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1, subject to approval of shareholders. The Board approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs 12 crore to Rs 34 crore.
