At meeting held on 07 July 2015

Sunstar Realty Development announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 July 2015, has :

1. Appointed Manoj Mehrotra as an Additional Director with effect from 07 July 2015.

2. Accepted the resignation of Kavita Patel with effect from 07 July 2015.

3. Change in designation of Manoj Mehrotra as a Managing Director from Additional Director with effect from 07 July 2015.
