Board of Suryakrupa Finance approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Suryakrupa Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014 has taken note of resignation of Ravindra Kamalakar Palkar, Sunilkumar Mahavirprashad Jain, Hemantkumar Babubhai Desai, Ashvin Rajabhai Thumar and Sureshkumar Parasmal Bhandari as Directors of the Company w.e.f. 15 November 2014 consequent upon change in ownership and control of management in compliance with SEBl (SAST) Regulation, 2011.

Further, Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014 has appointed Maulin B. Acharya as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2014.
