Board of Trescon withdraws final dividend
At meeting held on 28 November 2020
The Board of Trescon at its meeting held on 28 November 2020 has decided to withdraw its recommendation of payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per Equity Share which was earlier recommended by the Board in its meeting dated 31 July 2020.In view of above, the Record date i.e. 17 December 2020 stands cancelled.
