Board of United Breweries (Holdings) appoints CFO

At meeting held on 20 April 2016

United Breweries (Holdings) announced that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 20, 2016 have approved the appointment of Ajay Kumar Vijay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 20 April 2016.

Further, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 20, 2016 have also appointed Ajay Kumar Vijay, CFO as a Key Managerial Personnel by passing a resolution as required under Section 203 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
