Board of Usha Martin approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 26 July 2019

The Board of Usha Martin at its meeting held on 26 July 2019 has appointed Ramni Nirula as Independent Additional Director to hold office till the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has taken on record that the five year term of Salil Singhal, Jitender Balakrishnan and P S Bhattacharyya as Independent Directors of the Company will end on 30 July 2019 and accordingly thereafter they shall cease to be Members of the Board.
