Board of UTL Industries allots equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 08 August 2016

UTL Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2016; inter alia, has allotted 2,97,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each issued at par on preferential basis on receipt of 100% of issue price from the allottees in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as approved by the members of the Company in their Annual General Meeting held on 25 July 2016.
