Board of Vesuvius India recommends final dividend

Of Rs 6 per share

Vesuvius India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
