The Board of Vijaya Bank at its meeting held on 08 February 2018 has approved -The issue of equity shares of the Bank on preferential basis to Government of India for an amount upto Rs 1277 crore.
Convene EGM for approval of issuance of share capital by way of preferential issue to Government of India.
