Board of Schaeffler India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 07 February 2018

The board of Schaeffler India has approved the appointment of Avinash Gandhi [DIN: 00161107], who is a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as an Independent Director of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years with effect from 07 February 2018, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
