Virinchi Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

- The Board approved the appointment of Viswanath Kompella as Chairman Emeritus of the Company and accepted his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director.
