Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has considered the following matters:1. Recommended the payment of Dividend @ Rs. 0.60 (Rupee Sixty Paisa Only) per Equity share i.e. 6% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Designated Manav Dhanda as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015.
3. Adopted "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" as stipulated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
