Board of ZF Steering Gear (India) appoints directors

At meeting held on 15 September 2014

ZF Steering Gear (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Eitika Munot and S. A. Gundecha as additional directors on the Board of the Company with effect from 15 September 2014. They shall hold office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
