Board of Zuari Global to acquire IFPL's stake in JV Forte Furniture Products India
The Board of Zuari Global at its meeting held on 04 June 2021 has approved the proposal for purchase of equity shares of Forte Furniture Products India (FFPL) from Indian Furniture Products (IFPL).
FFPL already being a joint venture between Fabryki Mebli 'Forte' S.A. and IFPL and Zuari Global.
