Cals Refineries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 February 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the 3rd quarter and Nine months ended on 31 December 2015, & Matter relating to the re-appointment of Deep Kumar Rastogi as the Whole Time Director of the Company.
