Caplin Point Laboratories consolidated net profit rises 46.84% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 28.75% to Rs 81.91 crore

Net profit of Caplin Point Laboratories rose 46.84% to Rs 15.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 10.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 28.75% to Rs 81.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 63.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.50% to Rs 45.76 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 41.04 crore during the previous year ended June 2015. Sales declined 5.18% to Rs 238.72 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 251.77 crore during the previous year ended June 2015.
