Chembond Chemicals announces appointment of CFO and Compliance Officer

With effect from 09 august 2014

Chembond Chemicals announced the following:

1. Rashmi Gavli has been appointed as 'Chief Financial Officer & Compliance Officer' of the Connpany with effect from 09 August 2014.

2. Jinesh I Manlar, Finance Controller and Compliance Officer, has resigned his office in the Company with effect from 02 September 2014.
