CMC to hold board meeting

On 9 April 2015

CMC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 April 2015, to approve the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2015, to approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ending 31 March 2015, to recommend dividend, and the date of disbursement of the same for the year 2014-15, if any, to convene 39th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company, and to announce book closure.
