The Board of Cox & Kings at its meeting held on 25 September 2018 have cancelled the record date of 05 October 2018 fixed earlier to determine the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive the shares in Cox & Kings Financial Services (resulting company) pursuant to scheme of arrangement approved by NCLT.
