Creative Eye announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 27 July 2015

Creative Eye announced that Khushbu G. Shah has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 27 July 2015 in compliance of Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement.

Further, Dheeraj Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company shall be ceased from the post of Compliance Officer of the Company.
