Dena Bank allots 20,62,81,999 Equity shares

On preferential basis to Government of India, LIC of India and GIC of India

Dena Bank has allotted 20,62,81,999 Equity shares on Preferential Basis to Government of India, LIC of India and GIC of India. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs 993.43 crore consisting of 99,34,31,883 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The post issue shareholding of Government of India, LIC of India and GIC of India in the Bank has increased to 70.04%, 14.25% and 3.28% respectively.
