Dr Reddys Laboratories announces change in directorate
With effect from 26 July 2019
Dr Reddys Laboratories announced that Anupam Puri, Independent Director of the Company has ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 July 2019 on completion of his term as an Independent Director.Prasad R Menon, Independent Director, has been designated as Lead Independent Director w.e.f. 27 July 2019 in place of Anupam Puri.
