Dynamatic Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 September 2014, to consider and approve in-principle, the issue of equity shares by way of Qualified Institutional Placement / Preferential Allotment and authorize Finance Committee of the Board to do necessary acts and deeds in this regard.
