Eco Friendly Food Processing Park to hold board meeting

Eco Friendly Food Processing Park will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 November 2014, to consider the sub-division of Equity Shares of Rs 10 each into Equity Shares of Rs 1, to alter the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company to give effect to the Sub Division of Shares, and to decide the Date, Time and Venue to convene an Extra -ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for approving the above mentioned agenda.
