Fermenta Biotech consolidated net profit rises 135.67% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 54.15% to Rs 99.49 crore

Net profit of Fermenta Biotech rose 135.67% to Rs 7.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 3.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 54.15% to Rs 99.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 64.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 23.55% to Rs 45.51 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 59.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 28.79% to Rs 377.29 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 292.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
