Financial Technologies (India) announces appointment of statutory auditors

With immediate effect

Financial Technologies (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, the Board has also appointed M/s V P Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors of the Company.
