Finkurve Financial Services hikes stake in Arvog Forex

Finkurve Financial Services has completed the acquisition of 1,45,550 equity shares aggregating 16.63% of the total paid up equity share capital of Arvog Forex (formerly known as Supama Forex), material subsidiary of the company.

Upon completion of acquisition, the company now holds 8,73,550 equity shares aggregating to 99.83% of the total paid up equity share capital of Arvog Forex.
