Fortune International to hold board meeting

Fortune International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un- audited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended on 30 June 2015, & to appoint Shailesh Prasad as Additional Director in the Board of the Company.
