Garnet International allots 1.30 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

Garnet International has allotted 130,19,140 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid bonus shares. Consequently, the paid up share capital has increased to Rs 19.52 crore dividend into 1,95,28,656 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid.
