GMR divests stake in GMR OSE Hungund Hospet Highways

For consideration of Rs 85 crore

GMR Infrastructure announced that the Company and GMR Highways have signed a share purchase agreement with its joint venture partners to divest its 51% equity stake in GMR OSE Hungund Hospet Highways (GOHHHPL). The consideration of the sale is Rs 85 crore. This is the third major disinvestment in GMR Group's roads portfolio. Divestment of this asset will reduce the debt by about Rs 1077.97 crore at group level.
