Inox Wind Infrastructure Services acquires Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram)
Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced that its step down Subsidiary, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, has acquired 100% of Equity Shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) with effect from 25 March 2016.In view of the same, Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) has become step down Subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals.
