Grandeur Products acquires Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings

Through its subsidiary

Grandeur Products announced that its subsidiary, Tierra Agrotech on 11 January 2018 has completed the acquisition of Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings in India.

With this acquisition TAPL has gained ownership of the Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings ('MHPL') in India.
