Grandeur Products will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 July 2015, to consider and approve increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company, to issue shares / warrants or any other securities on preferential basis, & to shift the registered office of the Company from the state of West Bengal to the State of Telangana.
