Gujarat Ambuja Exports standalone net profit rises 134.44% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 17.20% to Rs 880.76 crore

Net profit of Gujarat Ambuja Exports rose 134.44% to Rs 78.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 33.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 17.20% to Rs 880.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1063.72 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 13.45% to Rs 179.88 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 158.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 0.92% to Rs 3364.43 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3333.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
