With effect from 31 March 2018

Hatsun Agro Product announced the resignation of N.Chandrasekaran from his position as Independent Director who has expressed his decision to step down from the Board to pursue his personal ambitions and devote his time on other activities.

N.Chandrasekaran ceases to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2018.
