HCL Infosystems allots 10.61 crore equity shares

Under Rights issue

HCL Infosystems announced that the Rights Issue Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 08 December 2017, has approved the allotment of 10,61,90,299 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 47 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 45 per Equity Share) issued on a rights basis, to all eligible applicants, who have subscribed to the said issue and whose applications were valid.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 65.84 crore divided into 32,91,89,928 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
