Hikal announces dividend payment date

To pay dividend on 16 September 2014

Hikal announced that the dividend for the year 2013-2014 (final dividend), on the equity shares will be paid on 16 September 2014, if approved by the shareholders of the company, in the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 August 2014.
