Hindustan Hardy Spicer announced that:

1. Ravindra Kale has been appointed as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from September 23, 2015.

2. A. R. Rajwade, Managing Director of the Company has resigned and ceased to be a Managing Director and Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2015.
