With effect from 15 June 2015

Hindustan Motors announced that Moloy Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 15 June 2015. Accordingly, Moloy Chowdhury ceased to be Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 15 June 2015.
