Hotel Rugby appoints directors

With effect from 30 September 2014

Hotel Rugby announced that Dinesh Lalbhai Patel & Ashok Manilal Kadakia have been appointed as an Independent Directors to hold office for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 30 September 2014 in terms of provisions of sections 149, 150, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.
