Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares
Under ESOS
Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 25 August 2016 allotted 4,59,525 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,58,63,010 consisting of 158,29,31,505 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
