IDBI Bank announced that Ninad Karpe and S. Ravi, Independent Directors of the Bank have resigned from their position effective from their respective letters i.e. May 11, 2018 and May 12, 2018.The Bank also vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services letter dated 14 May 2018 has appointed Sudhir Shyam, Director, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India as Government Nominee Director, in place of Praveen Garg, on the Board of IDBI Bank.
