IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that India Ratings and Research has revised the credit ratings for the company's various debt facilities as under -
Commercial Paper (Rs 310 crore) -- IND A4+; Rating Watch Negative (Revised from IND A1; Rating Watch Negative)
Non Convertible Debentures (Rs 1500 crore) -- IND BB; Rating Watch Negative (Revised from IND A; Rating Watch Negative)
Term Loan (Rs 550 crore) -- IND BB; Rating Watch Negative (Revised from IND A; Rating Watch Negative)
