Indian Terrain Fashions allots equity shares under QIP

Indian Terrain Fashions announced that Securities Issuance Committee Meeting held on 29 January 2015 has considered and approved the allotment of 14,12,429 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at the Issue price of Rs. 531/- per Share to the eligible allottees pursuant to the Qualified Institutional Placement under Chapter VIII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
