Indo Amines fixes record date for sub-division of equity shares

Indo Amines has fixed 15 January 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid which will be sub-divided into equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up.
