Indokem gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgation & arrangement

Indokem announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement filed by the Company on the 04 September 2015 and the Company has received the Certified Copy of the Order of the 29 September 2015.
