IndusInd Bank allots 39,100 equity shares

IndusInd Bank has allotted 39,100 (Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on August 11, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
