IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, has :

1. appointed Sudhir Rao Hoshing as Joint Managing Director of the Company.

2. appointed Sunil Tandon as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) of the Company.
