ITC announces cessation of director
With effect from 22 July 2016
ITC announced that A. V. Girija Kumar has ceased to be an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company on conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 22 July 2016.Girija Kumar represented the General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India.
