Jubilant Ingrevia buybacks NCDs aggregating Rs 100 cr

Jubilant Ingrevia has completed payment of interest, premium on early redemption and principal towards 1,000, 7.90% Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 100 crore on 03 June 2022. With this payment, the NCDs bearing ISIN No. INE700A07089 stand fully redeemed.
